• About the prototype testing

  We highly recommend that you start by purchasing a sample to get a firsthand experience. We're fully committed to supporting you with a small initial order, allowing you to test the waters and gauge market response effectively.

• About the startup sound

  The wine cabinet might make some noise when it starts, especially at night. The inverter refrigerator's noise levels can also change. If the noise keeps you up, call our customer service at 86-760-23978558.

• About fever

  During operation, the refrigerator may feel warmer on the sides due to heat dissipation through the condenser. This is more noticeable in summer, but it's normal. Simply ensure the fridge is placed in a well-ventilated or shaded area.
